Project Manager (m/f/d) Building Services / HVAC

The management and realization of complex and innovative construction projects (new build and existing buildings), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A broad spectrum of technically demanding projects, from feasibility studies to large-scale projects, for both private and public clients, forms a significant part of our portfolio. We are looking for your project expertise as well as project management skills in technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 building services / HVAC.

• Responsible assumption of technical construction supervision as overall project manager for one or more construction sites in LPH 8 with a focus on the mechanical trades of KG400
• Technical leadership of the project team, including their technical guidance and training
• Economical execution of construction projects, supervision of construction work, and interface function to integrated construction management as well as to external project participants
• Overall project responsibility in the context of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Secure and sound application of cost/additional charge and change management
• Participation in bid preparation, organization of project processes, and adherence to safety requirements and project goals

• Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, or a master craftsman/technician in HVAC or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in construction management, site supervision, or planning – ideally initial experience in the technical leadership of teams
• Proficient in VOB and sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
• Willingness to take on responsibility and travel to construction sites in the region
• Very good organizational skills and assertiveness
• Confident communication skills at different levels and leadership strength
• Enjoyment of working with diverse people, teams, and tasks
