As a Project Manager, you will take responsibility for complex new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects for public authorities, thereby making a direct contribution to a safe and livable society. • Leading new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects with special requirements according to LBBau/ RBBau for public authorities
• Actively managing deadlines, costs, and building qualities
• Developing economical, innovative solution approaches and sustainable strategies for construction projects of state and federal authorities
• Point of contact for clients and project participants
• Professionally leading and developing project managers within the project
• Actively networking and expanding customer relationships, as well as acquiring, preparing, and negotiating offers

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or comparable fields
• At least 7 years of professional experience in project management or control of construction projects, ideally in state or federal construction
• Very good knowledge in cooperation with public clients as well as LBBau, RBBau, and RBBau V
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork ability
• Willingness to undertake project-related travel within Baden-Württemberg
