For our demanding projects in industry and commerce, we are looking for a project leader who convinces with structure, communication talent, and technical expertise. The one who implements future-proof energy solutions for our customers – whose core components are battery storage, charging stations, and an energy management system. We are looking for someone who brings together the threads, holds them, and skillfully navigates the team and all project participants to our project goal. After the conceptual phase, you will be responsible for implementing the project until commissioning. Our experts, experienced systems engineers, and experienced electrical technicians will support you in this process. What sets us apart is that we not only reflect the engineering performance of a planning office but also turn theoretical concepts into reality – and thus create real added value for our customers.

Your contribution:

• You are responsible for successfully realizing our projects – from ordering to creating the project plan and placing orders with our suppliers, to installation and commissioning on site.
• You are responsible for properly installing the components on site and integrating them into the overall system.
• You coordinate all trades in the project – from the responsible electrician to the network operator to suppliers – to achieve the project goal.
• You ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding the connection of battery storage systems and charging stations to the public power grid (TAB, VDE guidelines).
• You steer the financial handling and are responsible for project controlling.
• You are the first point of contact for our customers during the project period and accompany them even in the further development of their energy solutions.
• You skillfully navigate when needed and have all dependencies in sight.

• Juggling is your strength – holding multiple balls in the air at once, keeping an eye on interactions, and focusing on customers.
• A completed degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in planning and implementing energy projects, preferably in the field of renewable energies, battery storage systems, e-mobility, or energy management systems.
