Project Leader Supply Technology (m/w/d)

To enable our customers to plan the best building technology, we are looking for a project leader for electrical building technology (KG440, KG450).

Tasks

• Project leadership of planning and tendering for HLSK trades (KG410, 420, 430, 470)
• Calculation, conception of building technology systems
• Counseling of customers and architects during project development
• Creating and reviewing tenders
• Creating explanations reports, schedules, and presentations
• Coordination with manufacturers, customers, and other planning participants
• Participation in jour fixe and planning meetings with customers
• Ongoing expansion of expertise in the field of building technology
• Creation and control of work packages for technical system planners/technicians and technical staff
• Implementation of the QM system for quality assurance of planning

Qualification

• Completed training as a master, technician, or study in the field of building technology/machine engineering
• You have knowledge about standards and guidelines
• You enjoy responsible and result-oriented activities
• You are able to develop independent problem-solving skills
• You possess fluent German language skills in writing and speaking at least C1 level
