Project Leader TGA and Building Technology (m/w/d)

As Project Leader TGA and Building Technology (m/w/d) at INP in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for overseeing complex renovation and new construction projects. You will coordinate all project participants, keep track of deadlines, costs, and quality, and ensure the successful implementation of all project phases. Even if your professional background comes from areas such as building management, technical planning, or technical project management, we welcome your application. Flexible working time models starting at 30 hours per week, as well as the possibility of mobile work, offer you the necessary scope for design.

Tasks

• Total project leadership for complex renovation and new construction projects in the field of public buildings, industrial, residential, and administrative buildings
• Steering and coordination of internal project teams, planners, subcontractors, and external project participants across all project phases
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and project risks, as well as ensuring successful project development
• Organization and moderation of planning and coordination meetings to ensure efficient cooperation among all parties involved
• Early identification of challenges and bottlenecks, as well as initiation of suitable measures to achieve goals
• Accompaniment of the technical implementation until commissioning and acceptance, as well as ensuring a successful project completion

Qualification

• Degree in Supply Systems Engineering, Building Engineering, or equivalent
• 5-10 years of professional experience in project leadership, project management, or project coordination for TGA and building projects
• Experience in the execution of renovation and new construction projects, ideally in the context of public buildings, residential, administrative, or industrial buildings
• Fundamental knowledge of Technical Building Equipment and a good understanding of the interfaces between TGA, Building Technology, and executing trades
• Outstanding negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented working style
• Solid German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1)
