Project Leader TGA - Focus HLSK (m/w/d) at Engineering Office

Our client is an established engineering office with a clear stance: Together, we achieve more and implement great ideas. The family-owned engineering office with a focus on TGA planning handles the performance spectrum of wastewater, water, and gas systems, heat supply systems, air technology systems, and building automation. The team works interdisciplinary, solution-oriented, and with great passion for well-thought-out technical concepts. Innovative ideas are explicitly welcome and will be further developed together.

Tasks

• You work independently on TGA projects – from concept to calculations and execution planning to implementation
• You lead your project team and make decisions in the sense of the project, the customer, and your colleagues
• You plan and dimension technical systems and develop practical, norm-compliant solutions
• You create plans, schemes, and detail drawings for heating, ventilation, and sanitation
• You accompany the construction execution and commissioning and take on increasingly coordinating tasks
• You coordinate directly with building owners, architectural offices, authorities, and specialist companies
• You ensure quality, documentation, and a clean project development process

Qualification

• Completed studies, technician or master's degree in the field of HLSK / TGA / supply technology or comparable
• Professional experience in TGA project processing with the desire to take on responsibility and actively steer projects
• Structured, reliable work style with an eye for deadlines, quality, and costs
• Experience with AVA software (e.g. tendering, awarding, billing) is advantageous – alternatively, the willingness to quickly get started
