As part of our company's growth, we are looking for a (Senior) Project Leader TGA for Large Projects (m/w/d) at our Munich location as soon as possible, focusing on HLKS, with development prospects towards Team Leadership or Department Leadership TGA HLKS (m/w/d) - if desired.

Tasks

• Self-responsible project leadership from the tender stage to the billing stage
• Collaborative support in the tender preparation process in coordination with relevant departments
• Review of execution documents, interpretation and determination of components in coordination with procurement
• Monitoring of project progress
• Cost and quality control
• Leadership and organization of project teams and subcontractors
• Preparation of the M+W plan in collaboration with relevant departments such as procurement and CAD department, etc.
• Collaboration with other specialist departments like CAD planning, internal calculation, procurement, and others
• Scheduling and personnel deployment planning
• Creation and review of measurements
• Knowledge of VOB, BGB, and relevant DIN standards is advantageous
• Support/preparation for commissioning, training, and documentation
• Handover to the customer and training of facility operators

Qualification

• We are looking for a well-trained person in the field of supply technology, energy, and building technology or comparable qualification. This can be either a degree (Bachelor/Master) or an apprenticeship combined with a successfully completed technician's training
• Much more important is the professional experience of at least 3 years in a comparable field (as described above)
• You preferably have professional experience in the trade execution LP8 from TGA projects with corresponding knowledge in plant technology focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation (HKLS)
• People from the planning department are also welcome
• The ideal candidate is communicative, works independently, structured, and a team player
• Good German language skills round out your profile
