Your Role with Us

You will take over the technical and organizational leadership for TGA projects in hospital, laboratory, and health building construction.

This means:

• Steering of HOAI performance phases 1-8
• Responsibility for schedules, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Fuelling interdisciplinary planning teams (HKLS + possibly GA)
• Communication at eye level with clients, users, project managers, and architects
• Active thinking regarding redundancy concepts, hygiene requirements, safety, energy, and sustainability goals

Qualification

Your Professional Profile (Must-Criteria)

• Completed studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, energy and building technology or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in project leadership for TGA projects
• Demonstrable experience in hospital, laboratory, or health building construction
• Safe handling of complex technical systems, demanding client structures, and budget and schedule management

Desirable

• Experience with model-based planning (BIM), preferably with Autodesk Revit (no modeling role – but safe handling in the project)
• Understanding of digital planning processes
• Digital affinity and interest in AI
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. hygiene, special buildings)
