Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Tasks
Your Role With Us
Within the team, you will take on the technical and organizational management of building services engineering (TGA) projects in hospital, laboratory, and healthcare construction.
This means:
- Management of HOAI service phases 1-8
- Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Leadership of interdisciplinary planning teams (HKLS + potentially GA)
- Communication at eye level with clients, users, project managers, and architects
- Active contribution to redundancy concepts, hygiene requirements, operational safety, and energy and sustainability goals
Qualification
Your Professional Profile (Must-Haves)
- Completed studies in the field of building services engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or comparable
- Several years of experience in project management of building services engineering (TGA) projects
- Proficient in handling complex technical systems, demanding client structures, and budget and schedule control
Desirable
- Experience with model-based planning (BIM), preferably with Autodesk Revit (not a modeler role - but confident in project use)
- Understanding of digital planning processes
- Digital affinity and interest in AI
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., hygiene, special buildings)
