Project Leader TGA (m/w/d)

With around 50 employees, we develop smart and sustainable solutions to support our customers in achieving their goals.

We are looking for a project leader TGA (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time in Hamburg.

Tasks

• On-site Project Leadership: As responsible project leader, you ensure a smooth workflow on site and oversee the execution of all work in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology – from the tender phase to successful handover to the customer.
• Communication & Interface: You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on site and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Material and Deployment Planning: Besides dispositioning materials and equipment, you take care of deployment and material planning for the entire project team.
• Personnel Management & Organization: The coordination and leadership of on-site personnel as well as subcontractors are part of your responsibility, along with organizing work processes.
• Safety at Work: You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Measurement: To settle accounts and order materials, you prepare measurements and assembly sketches.
• Project Control: You keep track of deadlines, quality, and costs at all times.
• Bidding: You calculate bids independently for your area.
• Dokumentation of Additional Services: You document and evaluate additional services like extra, more, and change orders, and prepare them for billing.

Qualification

• You possess a further education as a refrigeration engineer, supply engineer, or state-approved technician for refrigeration technology, respectively, or equivalent qualification.
• If possible, you bring experience in project or site management and technical project management.
• Your technical understanding and leadership skills actively set the tone on site.
• Organizational skills and assertive communication characterize you and help you steer projects successfully.
• Your self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented work style helps you with site management.
• You are confident in handling common MS-Office applications; CAD knowledge is an asset.
• A valid Class B driver's license rounds out your profile.
