Project Leader TGA (m/w/d)

We are looking for a project leader TGA (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time in Hamburg.

Tasks

• On-site Project Leadership: As responsible project leader, you will ensure a smooth workflow on site and monitor the execution of all works in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology – from the tender phase to the successful handover to the customer
• Communication & Interface: You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on site and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication
• Material- and Deployment Planning: Besides dispositioning materials and equipment, you will take care of deployment and material planning for the entire project team
• Personnel Management & Organization: The coordination and leadership of the site personnel as well as subcontractors are part of your responsibility, along with organizing work processes
• Safety at Work: You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Measurement: To settle accounts and order materials, you will prepare measurements and assembly sketches
• Project Control: You will keep track of deadlines, quality, and costs at all times
• Bidding: You will independently calculate bids for your area
• Dokumentation of Additional Services: You will document and evaluate additional services such as extra, more, and change orders and prepare them for billing

Qualification

• You possess a further education in refrigeration engineer, supply engineer, or state-approved technician for refrigeration technology, respectively HLK (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Ideal would be experience in project or site management as well as technical project management
• Your technical understanding and leadership skills actively set the tone on site
• Organizational skills and assertive communication characterize you and help you steer projects successfully
• Your self-contained, structured, and solution-oriented working style helps you with site management
• You are confident in handling common MS-Office applications; CAD knowledge is an asset
• A valid Class B driver's license rounds out your profile
