Project Leader TGA (m/w/d)

To establish the leadership of our growing project business on a solid foundation, we are looking for you - with relevant TGA experience, project management routine, and hands-on mentality.

Aufgaben

As Projektleiter TGA (m/w/d), you will oversee existing buildings via retrofitting projects on our software platform and build long-term internal TGA competence in the tech team afterwards.

• Technische Bestandsaufnahme vor Ort: You conduct site visits, gain an overview of existing TGA and GA structures, and identify which components, cabling, and control cabinets need to be adapted or renewed.
• Bewertung und Aufwandsschätzung: You identify technical obstacles, risks, and special features in existing buildings and lead to realistic measures and cost estimates.
• Koordination der Umsetzung: You plan on-site deployments, coordinate schedules and internal and external stakeholders for efficient retrofitting.
• Einkauf und Logistik im Griff: You support procurement and material logistics for control cabinets, sensors, thermostats, hardware, and other required components.
• Präzision in der technischen Vorbereitung: When existing documentation is incomplete, you support the creation or tracing of plans and schematics.
• Operative Begleitung auf der Baustelle: You accompany deployments like control cabinet installations on site and ensure structured implementation, acceptance, and documentation.

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• TGA-Erfahrung: At least 3 years of professional experience in technical building equipment, building automation, or building technology.
• Projektleitungserfahrung: You have independent experience as a TGA project leader, project manager for building technology, or construction site manager in the field of building automation and technical projects in existing buildings.
• Technischer Blick vor Ort: You can assess installations in heating and technical rooms safely, evaluate them, and derive concrete measures from them.
• Fundament:
• Bachelor/Master in Energy and Building Technology, Technical Building Equipment, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Building Technology/Automation or a comparable qualification.
• Alternativ with strong practical basis: Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Automation Technician, Mechatronics Engineer or a comparable qualification - ideally with Master or Technical Education.
• Projektstärke: You work structured, quickly grasp complex situations, and maintain a clear overview even with many stakeholders involved.
• Kommunikation: You convey technical information clearly in word and writing (German C2) and confidently address project participants.
• Mobilität: Driving license Class B for deployments at the sites.
