TGA-HLSK Project Leader (m/w/d) Part-time / Full-time

We are setting impulses for climate protection and sustainable building at EGS-plan with our team of around 100 employees. Together with our customers, our interdisciplinary teams work on implementing innovative energy and technology concepts that inspire and advise on sustainability and certification. A pilot project is the Esslinger Weststadt. Our engineering firm's portfolio ranges from energy and building simulation to planning of building technology and building physics up to operational optimization. We cooperate closely with universities and participate regularly in research projects.

Tasks

• You will lead processing teams consisting of engineers and technical system planners
• You will coordinate TGA projects
• You will create concepts, plans, and specifications for the trades Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation, and Cooling with a planning focus on non-residential building
• You will monitor building technology objects in phase 8
• You will communicate with all external and internal planning participants

Qualification

• Civil Engineer or Technical Building Equipment Engineer
• At least 5 years of professional experience in TGA planning and project management
• Fundamental knowledge of project management, VOB, and HOAI
• Teamwork ability, self-responsibility, solution-oriented working style, and good communication skills
