Job description
Responsibilities
You lead projects in various trades, from planning to execution
You plan according to service phases 1 to 6
You calculate and design systems
You create drawings in floor plans and schematics
You represent your projects in client meetings
You keep an eye on the costs within your projects
You mentor apprentices in your team
Qualifications
You have completed training as a Technical System Planner, are a technician, or have a Bachelor's degree in building services engineering
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in building services planning, for example in HVAC
You are familiar with service phases 1 to 6 from practical experience
You work independently, meticulously, and with structure
You are a team player and have good interpersonal skills in conversations and on the phone
You are ambitious and eager to advance in your career
