Your tasks are:

• You will steer call center outbound projects goal-oriented and ensure a smooth process.
• The care and development of customers is within your area of responsibility.
• You will optimize workflows and processes continuously to secure efficiency and quality.
• You will create and improve conversation guides regularly, so that the team can act successfully.
• You will ensure the observance of quality targets and success rates.
• As a leader, you will support your employees through ongoing coaching and training and promote their development continuously.
