Project Leader Technical Building Management (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Dresden

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Dresden as „Project Leader Technical Building Management (m/w/d)“

Tasks

• You will lead renovation and modernization projects from needs assessment to planning and successful implementation.
• You will coordinate planning offices, service providers, and executing companies and ensure the compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• In addition, you will accompany commissioning, acceptance tests, and quality inspections of technical facilities.
• You will manage equipment inventory, maintain master data in the SAP system, and support internal contact persons throughout the entire lifecycle of technical facilities.
• You are also responsible for documenting rooms, facilities, and technical data as well as coordinating inventories.

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed degree, e.g. as an engineer in supply engineering (m/w/d), engineer in technical building equipment (m/w/d) or further education to a state-approved technician in supply engineering (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• If possible, you bring experience as a project leader in building technology (m/w/d), project manager in technical building management (m/w/d), engineer in supply engineering (m/w/d) or technician in supply engineering (m/w/d).
• You have experience in managing technical projects and ideally knowledge in technical building management.
• In addition, knowledge of SAP and experiences with CAD applications are advantageous.
• Important are organizational strength, communication skills, assertiveness and very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
