Then become part of our team as a Project Manager (m/f/d).

You will take over operational responsibility for a customer project in the logistics environment. You will ensure stable processes, reliable personnel planning, and the achievement of quality, productivity, and performance goals.

You are the central interface between employees, customer contacts, and management – with the aim of not only reporting challenges but also solving them sustainably.

YOUR TASKS

• You will take over the operational leadership of a logistics team for one of our customer projects.

• You will manage personnel, deployment, and capacity planning and ensure reliable project staffing.

• You will ensure that production targets, quality specifications, and agreed key performance indicators are met.

• You will analyze processes, identify potential for improvement, and implement practical optimizations.

• You will control relevant key figures such as productivity, scrap, quality, attendance, and performance fulfillment.

• You will develop your team professionally and organizationally and integrate new employees in a structured manner.

• You will ensure clear communication between employees, customer contacts, and management.

• You will react confidently to deviations, bottlenecks, and short-term operational challenges.

• You will document performance, developments, and relevant deviations in a comprehensible way.

• You will be regularly present on the floor and lead by example as a manager.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in a leadership role in production, industry, metal processing, foundry, logistics, or a comparable environment.

• Experience as a Production Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, Warehouse Manager, Shift Supervisor, Foreman, or Group Leader.

• Good knowledge in controlling production processes, personnel planning, and operational key figures.

• A good feel for people, as well as the ability to lead teams bindingly, fairly, and clearly.

• A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a strong hands-on mentality.

• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers, employees, and internal interfaces.

• Driver's license class B.

• Willingness to travel for projects.
