WE UNDKRAUSS

UNDKRAUSS offers Design & Build projects in interior construction (KG300 / KG400) for new builds and renovations of commercial and residential properties throughout Germany. For these projects, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) who will act as the interface between our planners and the construction project teams.


YOU UNDKRAUSS: Responsibilities

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a project team across all relevant service phases
  • Project management for demanding interior construction projects in various asset classes (Office, Hotel, Retail, Fitness, Light Industrial etc.)
  • Managing, motivating, and developing your team – you are the first point of contact for your employees on the project
  • Independent, continuous cost, schedule, and quality control
  • Coordination and management of external specialist planners as a central interface
  • Support for external and internal stakeholders throughout the entire planning process
  • Interdisciplinary implementation of our Design & Build projects with the construction teams of UNDKRAUSS AG

YOU UNDKRAUSS: Requirements

  • Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Architecture
  • Several years of experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Initial experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of project teams or a strong willingness to take on leadership responsibility
  • Planning competence, ideally in existing buildings and new construction
  • Ability to independently develop complex concepts, further develop them, and implement them in a needs-oriented and solution-oriented manner
  • Good knowledge of building regulations (BauO), relevant building standards, and planning and approval law
  • Strong cooperation, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications as well as ArchiCAD and practical application of BIM
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills desirable
