EW-Tec Industrieservice und Anlagentechnik GmbH has been developing individual automation solutions for mechanical and plant engineering for over 30 years. From planning, electrical design, software development, control cabinet construction, and commissioning to digital solutions for Industry 4.0, IIoT, AI-supported machine functions, and modern data connectivity, our customers receive everything from a single source.

Our projects arise where standard solutions reach their limits. That's why we are looking for people who not only understand technology but also want to take responsibility, make decisions, and lead projects to success together with our customers.

Tasks

• Independent management of automation projects – from quotation to successful commissioning.
• Development of technical solutions together with customers and our specialist departments.
• Preparation of project calculations and ensuring economic project execution.
• Management of budgets, deadlines, and resources.
• Coordination of the sales, electrical design, programming, and production departments.
• Early identification of project risks and development of pragmatic solutions.
• Maintenance of long-term customer relationships and occasional on-site appointments.
• You are the central interface between customers, the project team, and specialist areas, ensuring that technical and economic goals are equally achieved.

Qualifications

We care more about how you lead projects than the title on your CV. Technical experience, engineering understanding, and confident people skills are more important to us than a linear career path.

You will fit in well with us if you…

• have several years of experience in control or automation engineering.
• ideally have programmed and commissioned machines or plants yourself.
• can quickly recognize technical interdependencies and make sound decisions.
• have already managed projects in mechanical or plant engineering.
• possess solid commercial understanding of calculations, budgets, and margins.
• enjoy working with people and can conduct even demanding conversations confidently.
• can communicate technical matters clearly and understandably – both orally and in writing.
• work in a structured manner and take responsibility.
