Project Leader (m/f) The Stettler Sapphire AG is an international key player for high-quality watch glasses and technical components made of sapphire. The quality and precision of our products enjoy a flawless reputation in the watch market and other industries. Thanks to long-standing, tried-and-true knowledge in processing hard materials, many customer wishes can be met. The company employs around 90 motivated employees in Lyss. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about their work and want to contribute to our success. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be expected to identify and prioritize tasks, manage project resources, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
