Project Manager Steel Construction (m/f/d)

To strengthen our rapidly growing business unit for support scaffolding, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Dormagen location.

• Commercial and technical project management of construction projects in support scaffolding
• Preparation of quotations and cost estimation
• Close coordination with the technical office during the quotation and execution phases
• Contract negotiation with clients
• Preparation of invoices for the site administration
• Management of site managers and trade personnel
• Contract negotiation and management of subcontractors
• Customer service and acquisition of new customers
• Responsibility for optimal resource utilization, especially material and personnel resources

• an engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or alternatively a vocational training as a construction technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in scaffolding, steel construction, or the construction industry
• Knowledge of contract law (VOB) and applicable safety regulations
• pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as high commitment
• social competence, team spirit, and the ability to lead employees
• an independent, conscientious, and reliable way of working
• solution-oriented and experience as well as enjoyment in organizing projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of MS Project and Baumobil are advantageous
