Steel Construction Project Leader (m/w/d)

You are a steel construction engineer (m/w/d) or civil engineer (m/w/d) with experience in leading challenging steel construction projects? At MEDAG, you will be responsible for technically demanding projects and contribute significantly to their technical and economic success.

Aufgaben

• Project Leadership: Independent technical, organizational, and economic leadership of challenging steel construction projects from planning to successful implementation.
• Bid and Order Management: Preparation of technical bids and calculations as well as responsibility for the economic control and development of the projects.
• Coordination and Leadership: Responsibility for interdisciplinary cooperation and leadership of the teams involved in the project.
• Quality and Standard Assurance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines, and quality standards as well as conducting site inspections.
• Customer and Supplier Support: Building and maintaining long-term customer and supplier relationships as well as providing technical advice and support to customers throughout the project.

Qualification

• Qualification: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering with a focus on steel construction or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in a leading position in the steel construction industry.
• Leadership Competence: Experience in professional or disciplinary leadership of employees or project teams.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of steel construction as well as German standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Communication Strength: Confident demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and very good written and spoken German language skills.
