Software Project Leader - Social Insurance Sector with a Focus on Accident Insurance

We are looking for an IT project leader to join our company in the social insurance sector, focusing on software implementation (Avendoo) as of 01.04.2026
The main location is remote with occasional business trips to nationwide locations.

Tasks

• Coordination of IT-related topics within the scope of software implementation
• Steering and processing commercial matters with external service providers
• Reporting project status to various stakeholders
• Implementation of SaaS-specific contractual contents
• Conducting seminars and training sessions on Avendoo at nationwide locations

Qualification

• Successful completion of a degree in computer science, business informatics or mathematics (Master's or Diploma)
• Three years of experience in IT project leadership in the context of social insurance organizations and knowledge of the processes involved in accident insurance
• One year of experience with selecting an LMS system in the context of social insurance organizations
• Experience in managing cooperation projects with cooperation partners
• Knowledge of Avendoo
• Zertification as SCRUM Master and Product Owner
• A significant advantage is already having experience as an IT project manager in public administration
• German C2
• English B2
