The fino data services GmbH develops data-driven software solutions in the financial sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/w/d), who coordinates and actively accompanies projects at the interface between development, product, and department.

Aufgaben

Project Responsibility:
End-to-End responsibility for software projects – from requirement to Go-Live, with a focus on implementation and results
Requirements Management:
Taking in, structuring, and prioritizing technical and departmental requirements in close coordination with Product and Development
Team Steering:
Close cooperation with development teams, eliminating blockers, and ensuring a smooth project progress
Delivery & Quality:
Responsibility for timelines, deliverables, and quality of implementation in coordination with the team
Technical Integration:
Active participation in technical discussions and decisions (Backend, APIs, system behavior), without primarily developing yourself
Stakeholder Management:
Direct coordination with internal and external stakeholders, clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies
Asynchronous Collaboration:
Structured, written communication (e.g. via Slack, ticket systems), with a focus on reducing meeting participation
Collaboration in Distributed Setup:
Work with distributed teams across different locations and time zones, focusing on clear processes and personal responsibility

Qualification

• 2–3 years of experience in technical project management, as Delivery Manager or in a comparable role in the software sector
• Alternatively, first experience in software development with interest in project and coordination tasks
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and system architectures Experience in collaboration with development teams and technical stakeholders
• Structured and self-responsible working style with a strong focus on implementation
• Able to formulate requirements clearly and translate between department and development
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or comparable systems
• First experience with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Communication strength, pragmatism, and a good sense of priorities
