Tasks
Your tasks: Responsibility and organization in an exciting environment
- You will take on the independent commercial and technical management of our projects – from A to Z.
- You will carefully coordinate and support projects through all phases – from initial planning to successful completion.
- As the central point of contact, you will advise and look after our customers and act as the interface between customers, suppliers, and our internal teams.
- You will create and process measurements, calculations, and offers and keep all parties informed with regular status reports.
- You will plan, organize, and control workflows as well as the scheduling of teams to ensure everything is efficient and smooth.
- You will ensure that all project documentation is complete and take care of the closing and post-calculation of projects.
Profile
What you bring – Your know-how for exciting projects:
- A completed degree or further training as a Building Services Engineer (TGA), Technician, Master Craftsman, or you are an experienced senior journeyman in the HVAC or electrical field.
- An analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking, combined with a high degree of quality and detail orientation.
- You are top-notch in organization and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have sound technical knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and air conditioning.
- You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations (such as DIN, VDI) and have experience in their application.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as confident use of common computer programs complete your profile.
