Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for new construction, modernization, and maintenance projects in the field of switchgear construction, both technically and organizationally, and will maintain contact with customers.
- You will plan, calculate, and manage projects, monitor costs, deadlines, and work progress, and ensure that everyone from planners to suppliers to fitters performs first-class work.
- You will reliably manage your project and get it back on track if anything goes wrong.
- You will always keep the specifications for occupational safety, quality, and environmental protection in mind and ensure that they are adhered to.
- In larger projects, you will lead a project team and, in this role, direct the respective sub-project managers.
Profile
- You are a person with proven expertise in electrical engineering or mechatronics, for example, as a technician or master craftsman.
- You have experience in a similar position in the field of switchgear construction.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You enjoy interacting with customers, are strong in communication, negotiation-proof, and good at finding pragmatic solutions.
- You possess very good German language skills and a driver's license (car).
