Responsibilities:

• You will take on organizational responsibility within a project team for the further development and customer-specific adaptation of our systems
• As a technical project manager, you will work closely with the overall project manager and coordinate product development
• From project organization to manufacturing transfer or customer acceptance, you will always keep an eye on time, costs, and quality
• You will set up the project organization for a structured project flow and steer the project team in a goal-oriented manner
• You will create work packages and implement them in close coordination with the application segment, manufacturing, service, and, if necessary, external development partners
• You will prepare the progress and key performance indicators of the development project for management and ensure transparent reporting

Qualifications:

• A completed degree in engineering or vocational training forms the basis of your technical expertise
• You can look back on demonstrable successes in leading development projects
• You have experience in managing complex system projects and a good understanding of their interrelationships
• You can maintain an overview even in demanding technical and organizational environments and confidently find suitable solutions
• You are confident and approachable within the project team, communicate clearly, and enjoy taking on leadership responsibility
• Very good German and English skills enable you to communicate effectively – also in an international environment
