Project Leader / Project Manager - System Development & Implementation (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You plan, steer, and implement projects - from idea to implementation (time, budget, quality)
• You develop technical concepts and drive systems, applications, or interfaces forward
• You work hands-on in development with (e.g. software, systems, automation - depending on the project)
• You analyze requirements together with customers, colleagues, and partners
• You coordinate internal teams as well as external service providers
• You keep milestones, risks, and dependencies in mind
• You document projects, architectures, and processes clearly and understandably
• You ensure that our solutions are maintainable, scalable, and of high quality

Qualification

• Completed studies or comparable training (e.g. electrical engineering, systems technology, engineering)
• Experience in project management - classic, agile, or hybrid
• Practical experience in development (e.g. software, system architecture, automation)
• Good technical understanding of the entire life cycle of a system
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• Pleasure in communication - you can connect technology and people
• Experience with common project management methods and tools

Nice to have

• Experience with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban
• Architecture or lead experience
• Knowledge in e.g. SPS programming, high-level languages, construction, or system integration
• Project management certifications (IPMA, PMP, Scrum etc.)
