To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the telecommunications industry, we're looking for a Project Leader / Project Manager - Software Development (m/w/x) in permanent employment at K-tronik. We're looking forward to getting to know you personally and working together with passion and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

  • Definition and management of project resources, roadmaps, time plans, and budgets; tracking milestones and deliverables (Deliverables). - Coordination and alignment of cross-functional teams involved in the projects. - Identification, prioritization, and documentation of project requirements, as well as Jira work packages in collaboration with stakeholders. - Identification and minimization of risks and ensuring quality standards, test strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Communication of project progress to stakeholders, creation of status reports, and management briefings. - Central communication interface for all stakeholders and management, including KPI and progress reporting. - Close cooperation with product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers, coordination of cross-functional development teams, and promotion of agile working methods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent training and at least 5 years of experience in leading software projects. - Experience as a multi-project manager in software development or in a comparable role. - Strong analytical skills and solid business understanding; rapid problem-solving even under tight deadlines. - Foundational technical background. - Proven experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classical project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP); Scrum Master or PMP certification is advantageous. - Excellent communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to explain technical content to non-technical target groups. - Solid understanding of agile software development, including test and release management processes. - Experience in the field of military communication systems or in the defense industry is advantageous.
