You plan photovoltaic large-scale plants from 40 kWp – independently, without a template, from memory. TABs, grid connection conditions and electrical quality control are as familiar to you as a toolbox. You keep 12+ projects under control simultaneously – without one slipping through the cracks. If a project is about to tip over, escalate with a solution proposal – not with a problem.

Self-financed scale-up for heat pump & photovoltaic – approximately 40 employees, on the way to 70+ this year. In 12 months from 5 to 40 employees grown, without investor pressure. The project volume is growing – and we're looking for the person who can technically carry this next stage.

Aufgaben

• LARGE-SCALE PLANNING - Planning, calculation and quality control of PV plants from 40 kWp – independently, from the first analysis to commissioning. You create component lists from memory, deviations under 5% are your standard.
• ELECTRICAL QUALITY RELEASE: - You're the electrical instance in the company – you inspect, document and release. Without your green light, no large-scale plant goes into construction.
• SERVICE COORDINATION - Around 40 grid connections per month coordinate with external electrician service providers – precise, error-free, independently.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT - 12+ projects simultaneously – you keep the overview, recognize bottlenecks before they escalate and report them with a solution proposal, not with open questions.
• ClickUp, Google Drive, Ronic (PV planning) and spreadsheet calculations are your control instruments – you document immediately and completely.

Qualifikation

• LARGE-SCALE PLANNING PROOF - You have proven PV plants ≥ 60 kWp independently planned and implemented
• ELECTRICAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - TABs, grid connection conditions, component selection for commercial and industrial facilities – this is not a foreign word, it's daily craftsmanship.
• CALCULATION STRENGTH - You calculate a 100-kWp rooftop plant: location analysis, roof statics, modules, inverters, cabling, connection boxes – completely and precisely.
• PARALLEL PROJECT MANAGEMENT - You have proven 10–15+ projects simultaneously managed.
• STARTUP MINDSET - You shape with it, find independent solutions and don't need a finished process landscape to get started.
• BACKGROUND - A plus, not a must: education or studies in the electrical or energy technical field. 3–7 years of experience in PV project management with a focus on large-scale plants.
