Project Leader Photovoltaic Industrial & Large-Scale Systems (m/w/d)

You will be part of a team that is shaping a greener world. In an exciting environment with solar power plants on a record scale, you will lead projects in the field of industrial and commercial solar solutions.

Tasks

• Taking overall responsibility for leading photovoltaic projects from concept to commissioning
• Coordinating all project participants, both internally and externally towards customers and service providers, to ensure a smooth process
• Ensuring the adherence of schedules, budgets, and quality standards through regular presence on site
• Ongoing updating of project calculations and conducting risk-based analyses to identify potential problems early on and take countermeasures
• Solving arising problems during the construction process and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project development

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, renewable energies, electrical engineering or a similar field, alternatively a completed master / technician (m/w/d)
• Optimally having demonstrable experience in leading photovoltaic projects, ideally from concept to commissioning
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• High motivation, engagement and team spirit
