Project Leader Photovoltaic Industrial & Large-Scale Systems (m/w/d)

As Project Leader Photovoltaic Large-Scale Systems (m/w/d) at Apricus Solar AG, you will be part of a team that is shaping the world to be greener. In an exciting environment with solar power plants in record size, you will lead projects in the field of industrial and commercial solar solutions.
Your task as Project Leader (m/w/d) is to make economically viable PV concepts for industry and commerce from concept to reality, including the construction phase until completion.

Tasks

• Taking overall responsibility for leading photovoltaic projects, from conception to commissioning
• Coordinating all project participants, both internally and externally towards customers and service providers, to ensure a smooth process
• Ensuring the adherence of schedules, budgets, and quality standards through regular presence on site
• Ongoing updating of project calculations and conducting risk-based analyses to identify potential problems early on and take countermeasures
• Solving arising problems during the construction process and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project development

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, renewable energies, electrical engineering or a similar field, alternatively a completed master / technician (m/w/d)
• Optimally having experience in leading photovoltaic projects, ideally from conception to commissioning
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• High motivation, engagement and team spirit
