Project Leader Offshore Converter Platform (m/w/d)

The realization of modern offshore converter platforms as part of the 2GW program requires precise control over complex technical and logistical processes. In this position, you will be responsible for overall planning, construction, and commissioning of the platforms and coordinate all project participants along the entire value chain.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the technical and timely implementation of the offshore converter platform including jacket, transport, installation, and commissioning
• Control and monitoring of planning and execution performances in accordance with relevant guidelines, standards, and certification requirements
• Professional leadership of sub-project leaders as well as coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and approval bodies
• Accompaniment of construction and assembly progress on shipyards and offshore areas in close coordination with the site supervision on location
• Implementation of active risk management including evaluation, measure control, and ensuring a safe working environment for all participants

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of technical studies, preferably in the field of offshore technology, shipbuilding, maritime technology or plant and supply engineering
• Multiple years of experience in leading complex offshore or infrastructure projects, ideally in an international environment
• Outstanding knowledge in project management as well as controlling technical interfaces and external service providers
• Fluent English skills and high international travel readiness for assignments in the shipyard and offshore areas
• Offshore certifications and medical fitness for offshore deployments required
