Project Manager Grid Planning and Energy Supply (m/f/d), 80-100% (MW)

Would you like to help shape the development of modern power grids? For a future-oriented engineering company, we are looking for a personality who combines technical planning with customer consulting and drives projects from the initial idea to implementation.

Your tasks

• Acquisition and support of new customer projects from initial contact to implementation
• Consulting and support of customers on grid planning issues
• Planning and coordination of projects with internal teams and external partners
• Initiation and technical leadership of studies for the further development of grids
• Evaluation and prioritization of investment projects in strategic grid planning
• Participation in grid simulations, sensitivity analyses, and quality assurance
• Coordination with specialist departments, project partners, and authorities

Your profile

• Completed degree as an Electrical Engineer FH, ideally with a focus on energy technology
• Experience in energy technology, distribution grids, grid construction projects, or technical sales, or the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself
• Enjoyment of customer consulting and negotiations
• Further business administration education is an advantage
• Confident use of IT applications
• Knowledge of NEPLAN, Adaptricity, or nisXplorer as a plus
• Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
• Proactivity and an active, customer-oriented way of working
