Project Leader (m/w/x) Device Development

Project Description:

To support our team in our customer's area of Funk and Communication, we are looking for a Project Leader (m/w/x) Device Development to be employed by K-tronik at the earliest possible time. Sounds interesting? Then we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Technical leadership of projects for secure communication systems (hardware and software)
• Leadership and coordination of international, site-spanning development teams
• Development and participation in the specification and architecture
• Determination of interfaces and their specification
• Selection of required technologies as well as support for make or buy decisions
• Participation in optimizing production costs and manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study or training
• Experience in leading project teams, preferably in a multi-project context
• Experience with relevant project management tools (RTC, Confluence, Jira)
• Knowledge of agile development methods in software development (Scrum, Safe)
• Excellent communication skills, ideally combined with cultural sensitivity and confident demeanor
• Analytical thinking and a structured work style
• Teamwork ability and a high degree of self-initiative
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills in writing and speaking
