Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION: BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING UNDER CONTROL

• Together towards project success: You will be responsible for the building services engineering trades, while the overall project manager will bear the overall responsibility for the construction project. Together with the construction management, you will form a strong project team and ensure the successful implementation of our construction projects. Furthermore, you will support the estimator with your technical expertise.

• Building services engineering project management: You will be regularly on-site at the construction site and will independently manage the building services engineering trades from there throughout all project phases. You will ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets. You will also accompany the awarding of subcontracts together with our purchasing department.

• Interface management: As the central point of contact for building services engineering-related topics, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinated processes between clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, and the project team.

• Documentation and tracking: You will document project progress, decisions, and relevant events in a transparent and comprehensible manner.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE: CONSTRUCTION PASSION MEETS TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW

• Qualification: You have a completed degree in electrical engineering, supply engineering, building services engineering (TGA), MSR, energy, or building technology. Alternatively, you have a qualification as a technician or master craftsman in one of these fields.

• Work experience: Have you already gained several years of experience in building services engineering? Perfect!

• Work approach: You tackle challenges in a structured and independent manner, make decisions, and find solutions – always with the project goal in mind.

• Communication style: You communicate clearly, bindingly, and at eye level.

• Digital understanding: Working with the common Microsoft 365 programs is not a challenge for you.
