Project Leader (m/w/d) Power - Power Supply Networks

The EWR GmbH with approx. 300 employees is the energy and water supply company of the Stadtwerke Remscheid enterprise association with a total of approximately 640 employees. Remscheid has around 112,000 inhabitants and is located in the picturesque Bergisches Land in easily accessible proximity to the Düsseldorf and Cologne areas, as well as the Ruhr region with various educational institutions and leisure opportunities. The project leader will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects in the field of power supply networks, as well as for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development of project plans, the coordination of project teams, the monitoring of project progress, and the identification of potential risks and opportunities. In addition, the project leader will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines, as well as for maintaining a high level of transparency and communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in project management and leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.
