Tasks

• You are responsible for leading international projects for complex hybrid drive systems under the constraints of deadlines, costs, performance, and functional safety.
• In addition, you will create and maintain schedules as well as software documentation according to automotive standards and internal guidelines.
• You will take over responsibility for the industrialization of software for all drive control units, including definition and implementation of processes and tools.
• The management of error handling for the entire vehicle, including analysis, prioritization, and follow-up on fault tickets, is also part of your tasks.
• Surety of quality and performance of the software throughout the development and life cycle rounds out your task profile.

Qualification

• A completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in project leadership in the automotive industry with international partners, ideally in the field of hybrid drive systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of the software development process and experience with tools and processes such as StarC, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented thinking, and high technical abstraction ability.
• A minimum of fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
