Project Leader (m/w/d) Simulation Systems

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Project Leader (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Project Leader (m/w/d) you will be responsible for the overall management of national and international development projects regarding quality, deadlines, budget, and performance.
• You will also steer complex technical projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• In addition, you will be responsible for project planning, risk management, progress control, and the creation of technical and commercial project reports.
• Furthermore, you will act as a central interface to customers and stakeholders, conduct negotiations, and accompany changes within the framework of contract and claim management.
• In addition, you will drive the development of technical processes forward and support project teams through professional guidance and strategic steering.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in fields such as computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, or a comparable technical field.
• In addition, you bring several years of experience in leading complex technical projects – ideally in the context of simulation, system development, or safety-critical technologies.
• You also possess fundamental knowledge of classical and agile project management methods, such as V-Model, Scrum, or comparable process models, and ideally corresponding certifications.
• Furthermore, you work confidently with SAP, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, and have a well-developed technical and business understanding.
• In addition, you convince through leadership skills, communication strength, negotiation-safe German and English language skills, and a high international travel readiness.
