Project Manager (m/f/d) Simulation Systems

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Project Manager (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for national and international development projects regarding quality, deadlines, budget, and performance.
• In addition, you will manage complex technical projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• You will also be responsible for project planning, risk management, progress control, and the creation of technical and commercial project reports.
• Furthermore, you will act as a central interface to customers and stakeholders, conduct negotiations, and support changes within the scope of contract and claims management.
• In addition, you will drive the further development of technical processes and support project teams through technical leadership and strategic steering.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable technical field.
• In addition, you have several years of experience in managing complex technical projects – ideally in the field of simulation, system development, or safety-critical technologies.
• You also possess sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods, e.g., V-Model, Scrum, or comparable process models, as well as ideally relevant certifications.
• Furthermore, you work confidently with SAP, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office and have a pronounced technical and business understanding.
• In addition, you impress with leadership competence, strong communication skills, fluent German and English language skills, and a high willingness to travel internationally.
