Responsibilities

Your role in the company

In this position, you will support the organization and further development of our service and project business in the field of security technology. You will gradually take on responsibility for the coordination of our service technicians and for operational processes, and will develop into an independent project management function. You will work closely with management.

Your tasks at a glance

• Support in planning, steering, and coordinating service and project orders
• Operational coordination and deployment planning for a team of currently five service technicians
• Participation in the further development of maintenance and service concepts
• Support in the professional leadership and development of the service team
• Management of day-to-day business (operational and administrative) in the service area
• Analysis and optimization of processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Support in customer management and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Creation of reports, analyses, and documentation
• Participation in quality assurance and cost control

Qualifications

What sets you apart

Completed university degree, master craftsman's certificate, or technical qualification – ideally in electrical engineering / security technology

• Initial experience in technical service, project work, or coordination is an advantage
• Interest in leadership responsibility and further development into a Project Manager (m/f/d)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards customers and employees
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Proficient in using standard office applications
• Driver's license class B
