But rather people who take responsibility, create order and reliably steer complex processes.

We are looking for a Project Leader (m/w/d) with strong organizational and technical understanding to lead a long-term service project in the industrial environment on behalf of an established technical company.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the technical, organizational, and operational management of a fixed large project
• Leadership and coordination of a six-member service team
• Planning, control, and monitoring of service and maintenance measures at existing facilities
• Preparation, calculation, and tracking of offers
• Use and workflow planning as well as prioritization of tasks
• Central interface between customer, team, internal departments, and external partners
• Ensuring clean documentation and preparation for billing
• Active shaping and further development of structures, processes, and workflows

Qualification

• Completed technical training (e.g. SHK, Mechanical or Plant Engineering, TGA, Fire Protection)
• Further education to Master or Technician desired
• Multiple years of experience in the service, asset management, or project-related environment
• First experience in professional or disciplinary leadership advantageous
• Strong technical understanding combined with organizational and leadership competence
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Persistent appearance towards customers and colleagues
• Safe handling of MS Office
