Project Leader (m/w/d) Turnkey Construction - Industrial Building | Neutraubling

You would like to completely responsible for turnkey industrial building projects – from calculation to project management to timely handover? At CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER, you will take on project leadership (m/w/d) in turnkey construction and handle demanding construction projects in the industrial and commercial building sector with a volume of 1-10 million euros.

You will keep technology, costs, and deadlines under control, coordinate all trades structured, and make clear decisions with entrepreneurial foresight. At the same time, we offer you a long-term perspective – up to branch leadership.

Tasks

• Comprehensive leadership of turnkey industrial building projects from preparation to acceptance
• Steering and coordination of all trades, as well as internal specialist departments and external subcontractors
• Responsibility for schedule planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Integration of technical requirements, including interface management (including basic knowledge of TGA)
• Independent implementation and moderation of project meetings with clients and project participants
• Economic project management, including change management and risk assessment
• Leadership and motivation of the project team
• Perspective on organizational topics up to the further development of the branch

Qualification

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in leading turnkey (industrial-) construction projects
• Practical experience in projects with a volume of approximately 1-10 million euros
• Fundamental knowledge of calculation, project development, and construction management
• Experience in coordinating all trades
• Secure handling of economic key figures and budget responsibility
• Team-oriented behavior, assertiveness, and pragmatic solution orientation
• Leadership skills or a clear desire to develop perspective up to branch leadership
