Project Leader (m/w/d) Turnkey Construction - Industrial Building | Neutraubling

You would like to completely responsible industrial building projects – from calculation over project management to timely handover? At CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER, you will take on as Project Leader (m/w/d) in turnkey construction challenging building projects in the industrial and commercial sector with a volume of 1–10 million €.

You will keep technology, costs, and deadlines under control, coordinate all trades structuredly, and make clear decisions with entrepreneurial foresight. At the same time, we offer you a long-term perspective – up to Niederlassungsleitung.

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive leadership of turnkey industrial building projects from preparation to acceptance
• Steering and coordination of all trades, as well as internal specialist departments and external subcontractors
• Responsibility for planning, cost control, and quality assurance
• Integration of technical requirements including interface management (including basic knowledge of TGA)
• Self-contained implementation and moderation of project meetings with clients and project participants
• Economic project management including change management and risk assessment
• Leadership and motivation of the project team
• Perspective on organizational topics up to the development of the branch office

Qualifikation

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Mult-year experience in leading turnkey industrial building projects
• Praxis in projects with a volume of approximately 1–10 million €
• Fundamental knowledge of calculation, project development, and construction management
• Experience in the comprehensive coordination of all trades
• Safe handling of economic key figures and budget responsibility
• Team-oriented behavior, assertiveness, and pragmatic problem-solving orientation
• Leadership skills or a clear desire to develop perspective up to branch office leadership
