Project Leader (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Overall project leadership and preparation for tendering construction services
• Steering of planning work (LPH 4-5)
• Coordination of procurement services (LPH 6-7)
• Preliminary preparation and participation in the awarding of renovation and new building projects in residential and commercial property development
• Leadership of the project team, as well as project responsibility for budget, deadlines, and quality
• Coordination of external specialist planners and experts
• Collaboration with authorities in permit procedures
• Support for sales management in procurement and acquisition

Qualification

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent training such as a further education to become a technician (m/w/d)
• Professional experience as a project leader (m/w/d)
• Good IT skills
• Experience in planning residential and commercial property development is desirable
• Teamwork and reliability
• Engagement, solution-oriented, and independent working style
