Aufgaben

• You will actively shape the migration from SAP PLM to Teamcenter PLM in locomotive engineering at the locations in Munich and Erlangen.
• You will take on project leadership for introducing Teamcenter PLM and bear overall responsibility for the success of the transition, including value, quality, deadlines, and budget.
• In close exchange with the teams on site, you will identify professional requirements, recognize qualification needs, and lead suitable training measures.
• You will ensure a smooth transition in the engineering departments using suitable methods, tools, and pragmatic approaches, and actively accompany the introduction.

Qualifikation

• A completed master's degree in a technical or IT-related field.
• Multiple years of experience in project leadership for IT solution or tool introductions.
• In-depth knowledge of process optimization in the PLM environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP PLM.
• Persuasive German and English language skills.
• A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style.
