Project Leader (m/w/d) Large-Scale Photovoltaics

You want to lead large projects, make decisions, and see your projects successfully go online?
At RaiffeisenVolt, you will be responsible for the overall management of large-scale photovoltaic systems – from the initial idea to commissioning.

As a Project Leader (m/w/d), you will steer complex energy projects, coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure that deadlines, budget, and quality are met. You will work closely with internal teams, service providers, and customers – with a sense of security, clear decision-making paths, and genuine design freedom.

Tasks

• Sole leadership of large-scale photovoltaic systems – from conception to commissioning
• Responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality, and safety
• Coordination of all project stakeholders: internal teams, customers, and service providers
• Main point of contact for all project-related questions
• Solution-oriented communication in the event of challenges during the construction phase
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress, including monitoring and reporting
• Maintenance and updating of project calculations
• Technical support for the sales team in preparing offers and advising customers

Qualification

• Degree or technician/master's degree in electrical engineering or energy technology
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing large-scale photovoltaic systems
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and safety guidelines
• Decision-making skills, organizational strength, and clear communication
• Structured, self-responsible work style
• Class B driver's license
