Project Manager (m/f/d) Modernization

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Project Manager (m/f/d) Modernization for our Hanau location in the product areas of elevator technology, material handling machinery, and service products.

Responsibilities

• Clarification of technical requirements for necessary repair measures and required spare parts, if necessary, directly with the customer
• Creation of offers using standardized masks and modules and predefined calculation tools
• Obtaining offers from suppliers for purchase prices
• Process and data maintenance in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA)
• Order processing from procurement to shipping, in consultation with the service managers and using the ERP system
• Preparation of invoice creation for items to be invoiced
• Processing of warranty claims
• Maintaining statistics and analyses

Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the material handling or elevator industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Good communication skills with all stakeholders
