Aufgaben

• In Your role, You take over the leadership of demanding infrastructure projects in road construction and ensure that planning and implementation meet the highest quality standards.
• Your core tasks include independently steering and monitoring planning processes for inner- and outer-city traffic infrastructure according to national guidelines.
• You work closely with contractors, subcontractors, service providers, and internal engineering and planning teams to efficiently coordinate technical adjustments and drive projects forward.
• You are also responsible for budget and resource calculation, which significantly contributes to the economic project development.
• An important part of Your task is actively shaping interdisciplinarian planning processes, where You lead and promote innovative solutions.

Qualifikation

• A completed degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering
• Prior professional experience in projects related to road traffic or infrastructure, ideally as a project leader, according to DIN- or Eurocode guidelines
• Fundamental knowledge of CAD programs for transportation infrastructure planning, such as VESTRA on Civil 3D, CARD-1 or ProVI
• Experience in cost estimation and the creation of performance schedules and tenders using AVA software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
• A developed leadership competence as well as strategic planning and coordination abilities
