Project Leader (m/w/d): Machine Digitalization

The KGS Keller Geräte & Service GmbH is a manufacturer of construction machines and part of the international special foundation company KELLER. Our main areas of focus are the development, production, and repair of high-tech construction equipment as well as their accessories and digital equipment.

We manage our customers' machine parks worldwide from Renchen. With over 165 years of growing expertise, our 140 employees work passionately on innovations for tomorrow.

Tasks

• As Project Leader, you will implement the central digitalization strategy of our company: The project focus lies on the digital transformation of construction machines, including , connectivity, and integration into digital platforms for digital construction site management through our customers.
• Definition & Implementation of the Project Roadmap and Milestones; Monitoring of Progress, Budget, Risks & KPIs
• Coordination of cross-functional teams (Software, Electrical Engineering/SPS, Mechanical Engineering, Service & Operations)
• Promoting the development of data collection systems (DAQ), machine connectivity & interfaces, and digital services
• Zentral Interface to global stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and other project partners

Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering, IT and experience in managing technical/digital projects
• Very good German and English skills, as well as experience with international and interdisciplinary teams
• Fundamental understanding and interest in construction machines, IoT, and data systems
• Structured work style, communication strength, stakeholder management capabilities, and willingness to travel
